Natural headache pain relief

It started in the middle of the night. I felt it creeping in and it woke me out of my sound slumber. What is this? I got out of bed and started my daily routine. It just wasn’t going away; it was getting worse. As I start drinking about a jug of water to flush it out, it didn’t subside. It felt like my head was going to explode. My head was in pain. What the heck?

As I unwound the previous day, I figured it out. It was the chocolate birthday cake with chocolate frosting, a glass of wine, and the starchy vegetables for my nephew’s birthday dinner.

To me this was the headache of the year – a doozy!

I started using the tools I have to help myself. In addition to drinking a lot of water, I got on the trampoline to stimulate my circulation. I then did some self-manual lymphatic drainage massage and topped it off with a cup of hot ginger and adaptive herbs. A brisk walk outside in the 32-degree temps and then some stretching. There are many approaches I took for natural headache pain relief. Slowly but surely, it was going bye-bye.
